These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of QReady™’s App, located at Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

By accessing this app, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use QReady™ app if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1.License
Unless otherwise stated, QReady™ and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on QReady™ app. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from QReady™ app for your own personal or business use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

Republish material from QReady™ app
Sell, rent, or sub-license material from QReady™ app
Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from QReady™ app
Redistribute content from the QReady™ app

2. User Accounts
If you create an account on the app, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. You must immediately notify QReady™ LLC of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.
3. User Content
In these terms and conditions, “your user content” means material (including without limitation text, images, audio material, video material, and audio-visual material) that you submit to this app, for whatever purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability
In no event will QReady™ LLC, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other legal or equitable theory for:

Any special, incidental, or consequential damages;
The cost of procurement for substitute products or services;
For interruption of use or loss or corruption of data.

6. Termination
QReady™ LLC may terminate your access to all or any part of the app at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado and the United States of America, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
